Policies
Refunds for digital purchases are not permitted. All sales are final. Certain exceptions apply.
Exceptions
In the event of an accidental duplicate order, the amount of the duplicate order will be refunded.
In the event a purchase is made but the digital file(s) are not received or accessed by the customer within 24 hours, a refund may be requested by the customer. A verification process will be completed to ensure your digital purchase was not downloaded. A full or partial refund will be granted upon successful determination that the digital files were not accessed by the customer. Download access to purchased digital files will be revoked upon any refund request.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
